Final Sales Policy

All services and sales are final and non-refundable. This includes hybrid programs, on-demand courses, virtual or in-person events, international retreats, and 1-on-1 sessions with a 3-session minimum commitment.

 

Our return policy for eligible physical products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a credit or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns (Physical Items Only)

 

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from returns:

Gift cards

Services (including virtual, in-person, events, retreats, or digital offerings)

Digital products or downloadable software

Health and personal care items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, vegan items, hemp products, flowers)

Intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable items

 

Please do not send returned items to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

 

Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges (If Applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at Support@lwstudiola.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, a gift credit will be issued to the gift giver.

Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
