Whether you’re booking a virtual session, in-person experience, or preparing to begin one of our exclusive programs or retreats, please review the following Booking Terms & Conditions carefully.

 

 

Once aligned, you may proceed to schedule your consultation. We look forward to guiding you on your wellness journey with the excellence and discretion our practice is known for.


Booking Terms & Conditions


Refunds & Deposits

 

  • All services, both virtual and in-person, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late, early departures, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session without credit or rescheduling.
  • Deposits are required to confirm all bookings and are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted in a bespoke client agreement.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • Each booking includes one courtesy reschedule. Any additional reschedule request will require a new deposit and is subject to availability.
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) result in full forfeiture of the session investment.


Location Requirements (In-Person & In-Home Experiences)

  • Clients must confirm their exact service location at the time of booking.
  • Same-day location changes are not guaranteed and may require rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion.
  • In-home sessions require a quiet, clean, and clutter-free indoor space with adequate lighting.
  • Parking is required directly in front of the location. For hotel bookings, valet fees must be covered by the client.
  • If parking is unavailable or the location falls outside our service radius, the session will be canceled and deposit refunded, less an administrative fee.


Session Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 sessions and a program commitment is required to book our specialized wellness services for optimal transformation.
  • Standalone sessions are not available for new clients unless part of a consultation or custom retreat evaluation.


Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed prior to the session.
  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle or wire transfer. No cash, checks, or third-party payment apps accepted.
  • Final balances (including travel fees or requested add-ons) are due 24 hours before the scheduled session or program start.


Service Pricing

  • Service rates are subject to change based on:
    • Session duration extension
    • Add-on services
    • Location-specific travel fees


Travel Fees

  • Travel fees are not included in the base service pricing and will be added to the final invoice.
  • Long-distance or international travel must be approved in advance and may require a bespoke travel agreement.

 

During Your Session

  • Please arrange for no interruptions: this includes children, guests, and pets.
  • Clients are required to follow all pre-treatment instructions provided after booking.
  • Our wellness work may result in emotional or energetic releases. By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent to this possibility.


Aftercare & Ongoing Work

  • You will receive custom aftercare instructions following your session. It is the client’s responsibility to follow them to achieve optimal results.
  • Ongoing or follow-up work is by invitation or client request and will be invoiced separately.


Privacy, Discretion & Scheduling

  • All client information and sessions are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • For high-profile, public-facing, or high-security clients, please notify us during your intake or via email to ensure your privacy is respected at all levels.
  • If your desired appointment time is not listed online, please email us directly to inquire about bespoke availability.
